If your lamp isn't right for your space, you have 30 days to send it back.

Our 30-day return window

You may return your lamp for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the lamp should be in its original condition and, where possible, its original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email shihnootabbah@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your lamp.
2. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and simple packing instructions.
3. Drop the package off, and we'll take it from there.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when it's on the way. Return shipping is on us.

Damaged or defective items

If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within the return window and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. See our Shipping Policy for damage-in-transit claims.

Exchanges

The simplest way to exchange is to return your original order for a refund and place a new one. If you'd like help, just email us.
