These terms govern your use of the Shihnoo website and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

Because each lamp is made from solid natural wood and finished by hand, grain and tone vary from piece to piece. These natural variations are part of the product and are not defects. We do our best to represent color and finish accurately in our photographs.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order, in which case we'll refund any payment in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm and ship it.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the order total.

Shipping & returns

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, and design, is owned by Shihnoo LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shihnoo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
