We want your lamp to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here's how shipping works.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. If you'd like to order from outside the United States, email shihnootabbah@gmail.com and we'll see what we can arrange.

Cost

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Any applicable taxes or duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing & delivery time

• Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• In transit: delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged or lost packages

Every lamp is packed to survive shipping, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. If tracking shows a package as lost, contact us and we'll make it right.
